We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
All purchases are final sale.

  • Our products — especially shawls, bridal wear, and hand-crafted couture pieces — are individually hand-worked and custom-prepared, making each item unique.

  • Once sold, these pieces cannot be resold or repurposed due to hygiene and exclusivity standards.

💳 Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
    All orders must be paid in full in advance through the available secure payment options at checkout.

We take the utmost care in quality-checking every order before dispatch.
In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with:
